Engineering, Development, and Permitting

New Pro-Bono details with Orange Group Engineering!

STATUS: In Progress

100% of Fundraising Goal Met

Site Development Engineering and Permitting Phase will be completed with plans and specifications being submitted to the Gilchrist County Community Development Planning and Zoning Department. Update October 2025: We are pleased to announce that Orange Engineering Group has joined our project team. An Orange Engineering Group has graciously agreed to offer to complete the majority of the site engineering and permitting for our project on a "pro-bono" basis. We are now proceeding with the full site design and permitting submittals with the Gilchrist County Planning and Development staff. With this "pro-bono" commitment, site engineering/permitting expenditures are greatly reduced.

Architectural Design

DATES: Feb 2025 - May 2025

Our full Conceptual Design, with a Preliminary Building Construction matrix has been completed by Baker Architects', Lafayette, Co. In addition to providing the necessary Architectural floor plans and building elevations, Baker Architect's has provided us with three-dimensional (3-D) modeling of the building interior and exterior spaces, as well site plan overviews.
